We have a 10 days return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Inspect the item as soon as you receive it and email us immediately the pictures and why you are requesting a return. Please contact us at Returns@allmartdeal.com and we’ll reply with instructions on how and where to send your package. In some cases where it is not our fault, customer must pay the returning fee. 10 days starts from when the Delivery company delivered the package and not when you get it. It is your responsibility to track your order and make sure you receive it when the tracking says "Delivered". *All returns must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, unwashed and undamaged, labels and tags must remain intact and be attached with the item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancelling An Order:
If for some reasons you want cancel your order, please contact us immediately before the product is Processed/Shipped. Once the product is Processed/Shipped, you cannot request a cancellation. In this case, you have to wait until you receive the order. Please make sure you also read our shipping policy to learn about delivery timing expectations.
