Return:

           We have 10 days return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Inspect the item as soon as you receive it and email us immediately the pictures and why you are requesting a return. Please contact us at Returns@allmartdeal.com and we’ll reply with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please understand that 10 days starts from when the Delivery company delivered the package and not when you get it. It is your responsibility to track your order and make sure you receive it when the tracking says "Delivered". If you have any questions, please emails us or chat with us and we will be happy to assist you with your tracking.

We provide prepaid return shipping labels for approved returns from both US and international customers, including change-of-mind returns. Contact us at returns@allmartdeal.com to request a return and receive your prepaid label and return instructions.

Warning:

*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Ship back the product as soon as you receive the return label. Our deadline to complete your return is within 7 days. If not shipped back after the deadline, we will cancel your return

*We cannot accept returns requests after 10 days period. 

*We don't accept returns for customized products. 

*All returns must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, unwashed and undamaged, labels and tags must remain intact and be attached with the item.

Cancelling An Order: 

             If for some reasons you want cancel your order, please contact us immediately before the product is Processed/Shipped. Once the product is Processed/Shipped, you cannot request a cancellation. Please make sure you also read our shipping policy to learn about delivery timing expectations.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at returns@allmartdeal.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We offer a refund or replacement at no additional cost for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If a return is required, we provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges for eligible change-of-mind returns. Contact us at returns@allmartdeal.com within the applicable return window to request an exchange. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for arranging the exchange. You do not need to place a separate order.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. For approved returns, you will receive your refund on your original payment method within 3 calendar days after we receive your returned item. This timeframe includes our inspection, approval, and payment-processing time. If you have not received your refund within 3 calendar days of our receipt of your returned item, please contact us at sales@allmartdeal.com.
